Is the GoKart TRACKER App available on Android or Windows smartphones?

Yes, the GoKart Tracker is available both on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

How often will enhancements and updates released?

Based on feedback received from our GoKart TRACKER end user community, we plan to release new functionality on either a quarterly or half yearly basis.

Data Security

How protected and secure is all my data that I enter and store in the application?

We’re committed to the security of your customer data and provide multiple layers of protection for the personal, driver/s and go kart setup information you trust to GoKart TRACKER. We pride ourselves with maintaining best practice information standards that align to ISO27001 international recognised best practice.

Our hosted IT infrastructure provider is Microsoft Azure who is a market leader in providing cloud hosting solutions and regularly conducts formal reviews of information security and compliance obligations.

Pricing Plans & Billing

How do I change my billing details (ie card details)?

To update your billing details when you have signed up on the GoKart Tracker website, click ‘Sign In’ on the Main Menu and enter your email address used for the subscription. You will then receive an email which contains a unique security code. When you enter this code, you will be taken to the ‘Manage your Subscription’ portal where you can update your billing details.

How do I view, manage or cancel my subscription?

If you have signed up via the GoKart Tracker website:
To cancel your subscription, click ‘Sign In’ on the Main Menu and enter your email address used for the subscription. You will then receive an email which contains a unique security code. When you enter this code, you will be taken to the ‘Manage your Subscription’ portal where you can Cancel your subscription.

If you have signed up via the Apple Store:
The operation steps of each Apple device are different, however to generally to see or cancel subscriptions on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions. (If you don’t see “Subscriptions”, tap “iTunes & App Store” instead. Then tap your Apple ID, tap View Apple ID, sign in, scroll down to Subscriptions and tap Subscriptions.)
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. If you don’t see Cancel Subscription, the subscription is already cancelled and won’t renew.

If you have signed up via the Google Play Store:

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store Google Play.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu Menuand then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

If you have a subscription with an app and the app gets removed from Google Play, your future subscription will be canceled. Your past subscriptions will not be refunded.

Event Schedules

How regularly will event details be updated?

Event details will be updated on a monthly basis to ensure dates are kept up to date. The race planner has been designed to be used as a guide and independent of the event setup to safeguard any discrepancies in race events as a result of changes in the local and international race schedules.
